To create an in-app support ticket:
  • Tap the gear icon on the upper right corner to access the game's Settings.
  • On the Settings menu, tap the Support button, which will bring you to links for our Support team and the FAQ.
  • If normal troubleshooting steps or the FAQ do not resolve the issue, tap the Support button to contact us.

When reporting a bug, we recommend including as much information as possible to help our team investigate, such as:
  • What were you doing in the game when the bug occurred?
  • Does the bug happens repeatedly or just occured once?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already taken?
  • Any screenshots or videos you have taken of the bug.
