First, please make sure that you are running the latest game version by visiting your mobile app store. If you're not sure if you have the latest version, please click here for steps on how to update your apps.
If you are using the latest version, you can also try these troubleshooting steps:
- Force quit the app and all other apps you have running in the background. You can do this by pressing the home button two times quickly. You will see small previews of your recently used apps. Then swipe your finger up on each app to close them. Further help with this can be found here.
- Power off your device completely (don't just press the Power button). Press and hold the power button and/or the volume button together until the red slider appears. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off. After the device turns off, press and hold the buttons again until you see the Apple logo. More info can be found here.
- Make sure you're using a strong internet connection, such as using Wi-Fi instead of cellular data. If you are downloading updates in the background, this may affect your internet connection's speed.
We recommend you try these steps every once in a while to lower the frequency of possible issues. If your game still experiences issues after you tried this for the first time, it may require that you close the app fully and turn it back on a second time.
