Check out Events from the tab marked Events on the home screen.

Events follow a particular theme and allow you to engage in combat across several stages, each with rewards and an increasing difficulty.

Please note that Events are only for a limited time and you will see a timer associated with each given event. Once the timer expires that event is over, so if you want to win rewards plan your time accordingly.
