Gauntlet reward for Tideglider was incorrectly advertised
The recent Gauntlet actually rewarded the regular Tideglider. Stay tuned, the Defender Tideglider will follow soon!

Sometimes the connection to our servers can be interrupted and we are aware. To rule out network errors, please ensure that you are using a stable Wi-Fi connection.
 
Misaligned graphics and buttons
We are aware of issues were graphics don't align properly on Misaligned graphics and buttons on Pixel devices and iPad Air 4th Gen. This will be addressed in the following updates.

If you did not receive the item you purchased, please contact Support with a brief description of what is missing along with a screenshot of the receipt. Upon verifying, we will ensure to deliver any missing items as fast as possible.

If you uninstall the game or change your device, it is likely that you will lose access to your game. In any event, we might be able to find your lost account. Please contact Support and we will do our best to assist.
 
Unable to access game with Apple Sign-in
We are aware of issues using this login method. A workaround would be to use a different login method. If you wish to have your progress transferred to another login method (e.g. Guest), please contact Support.
