If you have a Downloader Booster on your device, this can cause loading issues. Please try the following Troubleshooting steps;
 
  • From your Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen. Note These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout
  • Navigate to your Settings > Connections > More connection settings
  • Tap Download booster
  • Tap the Download booster switch to turn OFF
