If you have not received your weekly free reward from the Web Store, please try exiting your app and reload with a strong internet connection. A pop-up message will appear in the game confirming that your reward has been gifted. Please also be sure that your inventory is not already at the max amount (for example, the max amount for a scent capsule is 3). 

If you have not received a pop-up and your inventory does not show the item, reach out to Xsolla Support, our web store partner, for assistance. It may be possible that the provided Support Key may have an issue, such as a typo or missing letter.
