Please note that the list below includes the most common in-game issues, some issues which are less common to occur may not be listed here.
  • Dinosaur does not unlock in the Market once fused
  • Purchase made but not received
  • Tournament reward not received
  • Lost account
  • Prize Drop Fidelity bar reset prematurely
  • Resources resetting to 0
  • Incorrect timers for Daily Missions, Boss DNA Missions, S-DNA Missions and Trade Harbor
  • VIP subscription cancelled, expired, but is still active in-game
  • Mission translation issues
  • Missing Welcome Back rewards
