To get as much out of your monthly or yearly subscription as you can:
 
- Login to the store account you used to purchase your subscription every time you play
- Make sure your payment information is up to date in your store account
- When using a different device, fully close the app on the first device
 
Signed up but not gaining access? Double check you are logged into the correct store account by navigating to the Subscriptions section of your store profile.
