Please note that Apple have their own set of policies and procedures regarding refunds, only they would be able to refund iOS purchases. To inquire about a refund you can:

1. On your device, go to your Settings app.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Select Media & Purchases, then View Account.
4. Select, Purchase History.
5. Find the item, then tap Total Billed.
6. From there, you can request a refund by tapping "Report a Problem"  and you will be directed to an online form to fill out.

Please note that all in-app purchase sales are final and refunds are completely at Apple's discretion.
