Sometimes purchases will be delayed or do not go through due to connection errors. Should this happen to you, please send us an e-mail with your request.

In order to verify the purchase, please include your Support Key and attach a copy of your receipt in JPEG, PNG or PDF format.  Your receipt must include the Order ID, date of purchase, price, and item purchased.

If your receipt is missing any of the information specified, you may experience additional delays in processing your request.
