Not finding the answer you need, need assistance with your account, or have questions about your purchase? Tap "Contact Us" or the Message Icon in the top right corner when viewing the FAQ. From here, you can send your query to support.

 

A notification will appear in your in-game mailbox when a response from support is received. To view the response, tap the button beside the message to automatically open the FAQ. Here you will see a number beside the "Contact Us" or Message Icon. Tap this to open your current conversation with support.
