If you are having trouble watching videos, it is likely due to your Privacy Protection status being enabled in-game. In order to see all these features, you must enable this mode and "Agree" to the terms.
To enable or disable this feature, in-game, at any time, go to Settings (cog icon top-left of the screen, below the park level), then Help & Support and tap the toggle/slide button "Interest-Based Ads". If it is red, then it is "Disabled", and if it green, then it is "Enabled". Please note: there is a limited amount of videos per day throughout the park. Once you've watched all available videos, more will be available the following day only.
It may also be that your device has an added blocker as well. You can try the following:
-Open Device Settings > Privacy
-Scroll down to the bottom and find Advertising
-Select Limit Ad Tracking.
You can also try the option Reset Advertising Identifier.
