Please note that support for selected Android and Apple Operating Systems will be discontinued following the release of Update 74 in May 2024. 

As of then, the new minimum OS requirements will be iOS 13.0 and Android 7.0.

To provide an optimal gaming experience, we strongly encourage you to log into your game account on a device running on a supported Operating System to resume your game progress.

Accounts linked to Facebook,  Apple Sign-In, or Google Play can be transferred by logging in with those credentials on a supported device. 

If you are playing on a Visitor account, you can reach out to our Support Team with your Support Key to have your account transferred to a supported device.
