Select the symbol to view new profiles in the middle of the top of your screen. Here you will see if new profiles are available.

 

In the swiping section, swipe right (or select the heart symbol) if you are interested in the person of the other profile. If that person is interested in you as well, it's a match! Now you can start chatting and getting to know each other.
