To get as much out of your monthly subscription as you can:

 

- Log in to the store account you used to purchase your subscription every time you play

- Make sure your payment information is up to date

- When using a different device, fully close the app on the first device

 

Signed up but not gaining access? Double-check that you are logged in to the correct store account by navigating to the Subscriptions section of your store profile.
