Portal Packs are a great way to collect character DNA! 

 

Portal Packs are obtained with green backs through the Cardpacks section of your Turtles Shop. The number on each Portal Pack indicates the number of cards you will receive from opening that pack. You can find out which Character, DNA, or resources you might get from a Portal Pack by viewing the Pack Info screen.
