Characters can be recruited by obtaining a Character Card or by collecting Character DNA. To view a new character, simply navigate to your Roster. To unlock them, select the new character and tap the ‘Recruit’ button.

Please note that it is not possible to recruit Platinum characters. Platinum characters can only be achieved by using Platinum Shards to rank up Gold characters.
