If you did not receive your purchase, please contact our customer support team by clicking the button below. Let us know which coin or booster package you purchased, and many of each type of item you're missing (coins, boosters, etc.). 

To be able to send items to your game account, we'll also need to know your device's Client ID number. To obtain this number, tap on the gear icon on the right of the screen. This will bring up the Settings screen. 

Please tell us the numbers you see on the bottom left that follow the text "Client ID:".
