The easiest way to transfer your levels onto a new device is by syncing your game with a Facebook account.

If you have your old device: First, connect your old game on your previous device to Facebook. Once you install the game on your new device and connect it to the same Facebook account, your level progress will transfer to the new device.
You're welcome to disconnect Facebook once you've transferred your level progress to the new device, if you'd like, but we recommend keeping this connected because your progress will continually be saved.
Please note that you MUST have a Facebook account in order for us to restore your levels if these were not previously synced with an account. We cannot restore levels without a Facebook account.
Additionally, items do not transfer among devices. However, we can help you with a manual transfer. If you have access to your old device:

Please take screenshots of the map area and your current level showing in-game items (coins, boosters, lives).

Take a screenshot of your game settings from your new device showing your Client ID.
If you need help in transferring your progress or items, please submit a support ticket, by tapping the "gear" icon on the map screen, and then "support," or you can open an online support ticket here.
Please make sure to include your player ID information and a detailed description of the issue when reaching out to us using the web form. The in-game support link will gather this information automatically, and this is the preferred method of contacting support.
