There was a known issue where the Autumn Birds Season Pass did not unlock properly. The issue was fixed as of Sept 4th 7AM PST. 

However, players who have purchased the Season Pass prior to the fix will have their Season Pass locked. Please contact support to create a ticket with us, and we'll be happy to unlock your Season Pass for you!
