Linking Panda Pop to your Facebook account saves your game progress to our network, allowing you to play on any device and pick up right where you left off.

It's important to know that coins, boosters, and lives are stored locally on specific devices and do not sync across them. Items available on one device will only be accessible on that particular device. This is to prevent graphical issues, crashes, and freezes that can occur when items are shared across multiple devices.

If your devices aren't syncing correctly, please ensure all your devices are updated to the latest version of Panda Pop. New levels require all devices to be updated to load correctly.

If your games are up to date and your levels still don't match, please try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Disconnect your game from Facebook through your settings.
  • Turn off your game and any other apps running in the background.
  • Turn your device off for a few seconds, then turn it back on.
  • Open your Facebook app (if installed) and confirm you're signed in with the correct profile.
  • Reopen your game, reconnect to Facebook, and check if your issue is resolved.

Please note: You might need to repeat these steps twice for the update to fully apply.
