If your game is freezing or crashing, first ensure you are running the latest game version by visiting the App Store to check for any available updates.

If your app is up to date, try these steps:

• Quickly press the Home button twice or swipe the home screen up. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
• Swipe your finger up on each of the app previews to close them completely.
• Press and hold the Sleep/Wake (power) button until the red slider appears.
• Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
• After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
• Reopen the game. If your game was connected to Facebook, it will prompt you to reconnect.
