Game crashes often occur when your device is running low on RAM (this is different from storage memory). To help alleviate these crashes, please try the following workarounds, in this order. If the issue persists after completing a step, try the next one.

• Restart your device.
• Force close all of your open apps. If you don't know how to force quit an app, please check your device's instructions.
• Clear your cache. For instructions on how to clear cache, please refer to your device's guide.
• Ensure a stable internet connection, such as using Wi-Fi instead of cellular data.
• Check for app updates. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app. 
• Free up storage space. You can do this by deleting unused apps, pictures, and videos on your device.
