If you reinstalled the game or installed the game onto a new device, sign back in with your Facebook or Apple account that was securing your Bingo Pop progress. The option to sign in is available from the Bingo Pop title screen or from the game's Settings/ Options menu.
If you were playing as a Guest (not secured with either Facebook or Apple), use the "Contact Us" form in the game's Settings menu for further assistance and provide us with the following information to the best of your memory:
• Both your old and new Bingo User IDs.
• What level did you reach on your account?
• How many Cherries and Coins did you have?
• What was your Guest username?
• Were you in a Club? What's the name of the Club?
• How many Cherries and Coins did you have?
• What was your Guest username?
• Were you in a Club? What's the name of the Club?
How to find your Bingo Pop User ID number:
- Go to Bingo Pop's 'Settings' menu by tapping on the gear icon (located along the bottom of the main lobby).
- If you do not see the Settings icon, tap on the orange "up" arrow to expand the tray to view more icons.
- Scroll down to the very bottom of the menu to find your User ID.
