You can delete your Bingo Pop account along with its user data from the game's Settings menu.
Once you request for your account data to be deleted, the actions cannot be reversed. 
 
Android:
1. Go to Bingo Pop’s "Settings" menu by tapping on the cogwheel icon along the bottom of the game lobby.

2. Scroll all the way down to the very bottom and select the "Delete User Data" Option.

3. Fully read the information provided in the pop-up, and follow the included instructions to delete your user data.
 
Once you confirm, the game will automatically reload back to the main loading screen. This means that your account has been successfully deleted. From there, you can uninstall the game.
 
iOS:
There are two different options available to delete your game account and user data.

Option 1:
1. Go to Bingo Pop’s "Settings" menu by tapping on the cogwheel icon along the bottom of the game lobby.

2. Scroll all the way down to the very bottom and select the "GDPR" Option. 

3. Fully read the information provided in the pop-up, and follow the included instructions to delete your user data.
 
Option 2:
1. Go  Go to Bingo Pop’s "Settings" menu by tapping on the cogwheel icon along the bottom of the game lobby. 

2. Scroll all the way down to the very bottom and select the "Delete Account" Option. 

3. Read through the pop-up and hit NEXT to learn more about the Delete Account Process.

4, Fully read through the process and hit "NEXT".
 
5. Select "Yes" once you're sure about deleting your account.

6. You will be redirected to Jamcity Support to confirm the account deletion request.

7. Follow the prompts to confirm.

8. Once successful, you will receive this message, "The Delete Account request has been accepted. Uninstall the game from your device to ensure that no new game accounts or game data is created."

From there, you can uninstall the game.

These steps can take up to 30 days to complete: Your game progress and in-game purchases are deleted from your account. All other data associated with your game account is deleted.
