What are VIP Points and what are they used for?
VIP Points (blue crown icon) are Points used to increase your VIP Tier. Increasing your VIP Tier will unlock exclusive perks and bonuses in the game. To view a list of Tiers and its bonuses, visit the VIP Menu.
How do I access the VIP Menu?
From the game lobby, tap on your profile icon in the top-left corner to bring up your Profile. From there, tap on the Crown icon next to your name.
How do I earn VIP Points?
VIP Points are obtained from earning Cherries through Bingos from Bingo rounds only. VIP Points earned from the Bingo round will be displayed in the Game Summary screen if enough Cherries from Bingos are won. Cherries to VIP Points is not a 1:1 ratio so it is expected that the VIP Points earned from Bingos will be of a lesser amount in comparison.
Where can I view my VIP Tier and progress?
You can view your VIP Tier from your Profile page or from the VIP Menu. The progress bar that keeps track of your current VIP Points and the Points needed to reach the next tier can be found in the VIP Menu.
VIP Menu Perks
Everyone starts at Tier 1 with the default amount of 100% for Purchase Scaling and Daily Spinner Rewards. Increasing your VIP Tier will increase the amount of Cherries and Coins included in your purchases from the Store. Increasing your VIP Tier will also increase the reward quantities on your Daily Spinner.
Collection Events Bonuses: Earn extra prizes for completing certain levels in various Collection Events. Levels that offer extra prizes based on your VIP Tier will be displayed with your VIP Tier icon next to it.
Exclusive VIP Goals: VIP Goals will appear in the "Special" Goals tab once you reach VIP Tier 4. VIP Goals reset daily at 17:00 UTC. Goal requirements and rewards vary based on your VIP Tier.
What is the VIP Stage and how do I access it?
The exclusive VIP stage is unlocked at VIP Tier 9. This stage offers a chance to win more VIP Points and prizes from Puzzles. You can find the VIP stage in the HIgh Rollers lobby at the very end.
"I only needed 200 VIP Points to reach the next Tier but I just won 500 VIP Points from a Bingo round. The other 300 Points didn't add towards my next Tier progress!"
Similar to the Island Lake/ Cottage Country events and the Adventure events, extra winnings that go over the required amount to complete a level will not carry over to the next. Keep this in mind when you only need a few VIP Points to reach the next Tier.
What's after VIP Tier 13?
Currently, Tier 13 is the max Tier. If you've reached VIP 13, congratulations! 🎉
