If you are unable to complete the objective within the given timeframe, you have the options to retry from the beginning of that tier or pay Cherries to keep your progress and extend the attempt by another hour.

The 1-hour time limit will continue to count down even when you're not playing the game. Do also keep note of the countdown timer of the event before it ends entirely.
