You may connect to Jurassic World Alive with a Facebook account. Should you do so, your progress will be stored on the server and become accessible through any compatible device. All you need to do is install the Application and sign in with your Facebook account in the Apps Options Menu.

 

Please note that if your game is actively connected to a store account, your device must be signed into that store account when you connect to Facebook. If you begin a new game when connecting to Facebook, please close the app and connect your device to the store account you used to play. Then, re-launch the app.

If you begin a new game when connecting to Facebook, you will need to contact our support team at support+alive@ludia.com to have your progress connected to Facebook.
