Explore your map to find new creatures and collect their DNA!
Locate nearby creatures using your device's GPS. Select a creature that appears on your map. Doing so will show you the amount of DNA you've already collected from that species, how many darts you have, how near you are to the creature, and how much battery you have available for a drone session.

If you are equipped and near enough to a creature, select 'Launch' to send out your drone. Aim your drone at the creature's target to shoot darts. Each dart that hits the target will recover DNA from that creature, which will be automatically added to your Collection. Once you have enough DNA from a specific creature you may create your own version of it in the Creation Lab.
