Please ensure that you have a stable connection before launching Jurassic World Alive. If you are playing on a network, we recommend running a 4G connection for the best experience.

 

We also recommend that you refrain from switching between connections while loading the game, or temporarily entering an area that could cause your device to lose reception while loading the game. Switching connections, or temporarily dropping your connection can interrupt the loading process.

 

Please also make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of Jurassic World Alive from the App Store or Google Play, and that you have enough space on your device’s internal data storage to run the app.
