We are aware of frequent crash occurrences, especially in Clan battles. If this has happened to you, consider contacting Support. We will do our best to assist.

In cases of maintenance or server interruptions, it can happen that the level of the Alpha your Clan is facing next has dropped significantly. If your Clan has been affected by this error, please contact Support. While we won't be able to reinstate the level of the Alpha, we will do our best to compensate.

Not all Vikings play by the rules. If your battle summary looks fishy and you have been defeated without taking damage, please contact Support with a screenshot of the battle summary. We will try our best to make this right.

We are aware of that fact that the Thawfest Emporium does not always restock properly. Our team is actively investigating the possible causes of this issue.

Sometimes, error pop-ups keep you from starting a battle in your Clan. If this is happening to you, please contact Support with a screenshot of the error. This will help greatly during investigations.

While we strive to allow all Vikings to play this game, technical specifications on certain Android devices are not always compatible with the game's requirements. Every update brings a bigger data volume and more graphics with it, which some devices are not able to compute.

There is a visual bug where Maeve's Heart remains invisible until she gets trained. This issue is known and will be fixed as soon as possible.
