Dragon offspring that you create in your Breedery are referred to as Cross-Breed Dragons.

These are powerful Dragons that can combine abilities of both of their parents.

These Dragons are listed at the end of the Book Of Dragons. A way to see which Dragons are crossbreed is by visiting the Book Of Dragons and holding down on the Dragon's picture. Under availability, crossbreeds will only say "Available in Breedery".
