You are able to see the odds for each possible offspring below the Dragon profile cards, which will increase each time you breed. The Breeding Boost will reset if you happen to receive an offspring of the highest rarity among the list of possible ones, or when the Breeding Boost timer expires.

You will always have better chances when you pair Dragons of higher rarity, regardless of how far you have trained them, as long as they have at least one gold star.
